Michael Reiley McDermott
On land ASHA resident, Michael Reiley is a musician, producer, and educator focused on the healing and transformative power of sound and listening.
In collaboration with
Amy, Anthony, and the Breathwork trainers, he is leading an exciting new effort to create an AoB platform of original music for breathwork, meditation, and conscious movement. This project is in the works and plans to launch in 2025 under the umbrella of ASHA Records.
Throughout BreathCamp Michael Reiley McDermott Michael will be “listening in” on Breathwork sessions to get a better feel of the biomechanics, tempos, and arcs of the music currently being used in Breathwork sessions. He is happy
to speak to you and answer questions about this project and your needs sonically for breathwork facilitation. Also, if you need feedback, mixing tips, or even voice recording, you can arrange a consulting session and visit the ASHA Podcast and Music Recording studio in Castell’Azzara. Additionally, Michael will be DJing a Rite of Passage Ecstatic Dance event on the second night of BC, and you can hear him play live acoustic ambient music and sound healing timbres in the Main House at an Integral Music session in the middle of the week.
